 Will I have to pay more for urgent translations? 

If you need us to deliver your translation before our standard turnaround time or to translate pieces over the weekend or bank holidays, there may be a surcharge.

 

 What is your payment procedure? 

Payments can be made to us via bank transfer.

 

 If I find any mistake in the translation after it has been delivered, can they be corrected? 

Once you receive your translation you have seven days to raise issues or concerns regarding the quality of your translation. In such a case we can review the translation and re-work anything we feel does not meet our high standards. Please note that if you request amendments that are not due to mistakes on our part, charges may be applicable.
